Update - ICE has identified a path forward and will be implementing enhanced logging tools to help diagnose the root cause. The logging changes are scheduled for implementation in January 2025. We continue to recommend not regenerating affected documents multiple times. We will update this incident when we receive further information from ICE.

Investigating - Insync Digital Products is investigating document generation issues in ICE Policy Casefile following the upgrade. Multiple policies are affected, with documents not appearing as expected in the Casefile section. This appears to be intermittent and is currently being investigated with ICE InsureTech support. We recommend not attempting to regenerate documents multiple times as this may create duplicate processing. Our teams are working to identify and resolve the root cause. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

ICE Policy service has been stabilised. The infrastructure team has resolved the storage capacity issue that was causing service disruptions. The system is now available and safe to use for all business operations. ICE's technical team continue to monitor performance and investigate the root cause to prevent future recurrence.

We are experiencing continued instability with ICE Policy due to an underlying infrastructure issue affecting the message queue storage (AMQ). While the service may appear available intermittently, we recommend users avoid processing new business until stability is confirmed. ICE's infrastructure team is actively working on a resolution - no ETA available yet. We will provide updates as soon as we receive more information.

Update -
The quote generation error has been fixed following the restart of a required service component. All users can now create new quotes successfully. We continue to monitor the service for any further issues.

Following our fix deployment, we are now seeing a new issue where users cannot generate new quotes due to a quote numbering error. This is affecting all products and schemes. Status remains at MONITORING while we investigate this new problem. We will provide further updates once we have more information.
